In the three years since Melanie Fiona released her debut album, 'The Bridge,' fans have been patiently waiting for a follow-up, and, after a few pushbacks, the Canadian singer is ready to introduce them to her new LP, 'The MF Life.'

Fiona, who won two Grammys at Sunday's (Feb. 12) 54th Annual ceremony for her work on Cee Lo Green's 'Fool for You,' has amped up the guest list for her sophomore set. The 28-year-old scored features from B.o.B. for the album's first single, 'Change the Record,' while John Legend appears on for 'L.O.V.E,' which is about compassion as it relates to "humanity" and the "positive roll we need to take on this world."

Salaam Remi joins the list of producers teaming up with Fiona and Nas on 'Running,' which is a metaphor for a tiring relationship. "It's about love that can be exhausting," Fiona reveals. "When you're running after somebody and there is no finish line you just keep running, running, running, and you get tired. We've all been there."
